About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build robust, scalable systems that power our core platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance microservices, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring the reliability of our backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Rust and Go.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and data scientists to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Rust or Go, with a strong understanding of concurrent programming.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
